LASER CUTTING OF STENTS
DISA Med Tech uses state of the art laser cutting equipment for the processing of stainless steel and cobalt chromium tubing. Our cutting accuracy is less than 2µm. Tubing sizes of 1mm to 7mm and larger can be laser cut. |

ELECTROPOLISHING
DISA Med Tech has developed specialised technology for the electro-polishing
of stainless steel and cobalt chromium stents of the very highest
quality. This proprietary technology results in uniform stock removal
on all surfaces without irregularities caused by electrical connection.
The unique processing method enables dimensional accuracy down to
± 5µm on all surfaces, making this process ideally suited to ultra thin strut coronary stents. |

INSPECTION
Our intensive visual quality controls, and serialised traceability
for each stent guarantees full specification compliance for both surface
quality and dimensional accuracy on every stent that leaves
